10-09-2016 13:01 The item is at the PostNL sorting center

За таких условий (при таких обстоятельствах ) GB соглашается что бандероль не получена (доставлена) покупателю - поскольку нет полного адреса (город, штат, индекс код) ?

did the parcel not arrive? According to the tracking it is in the Ukraine already

1. Banderol delivered to the buyer?
or
2. Banderol not delivered to the buyer?

What is the true test the answer to the question - from two of the above.

It shows the number of the track to date 11/10/2016.

so what's the answer the first or second?

Hi Ghost,

according to what i read from your message the parcel has arrived to Ukraine but yet not delivered

If you want us to be more accurate you have to give us tracking number or order id

Unfortunately with the email you registered on this forum we can't locate any customer order

Hi Ghost,

expedited to Ukraine is almost always DHL
You can ask support.gearbest.com DHL is not selected only if can't be used (product type or weight)

Wait a bit or open a PayPal dispute / support ticket at support.gearbest.com. In most cases all parcels arrive after a certain delay
