Hello, I have ordered a headset on Gearbest and they said it will be shipped between 29 Sept and 30 Sept, I payed with Paypal, and it was on 23 Sept, when 30 Sept arrived they started changing the shipping date from 1 Oct to 2 Oct, and then from 2 Oct to 3 and so on, today it's marked Dispatch: Ships between Oct 12 - Oct 13.

I have submitted a ticket many times and they start lying saying they will ship within 3 days, now it's more than 10 days and they didn't ship my order yet.

Actual statut is: Packed
my order number is : W1709221231420168

I'm really annoyed I need this item for my work (drive while having phone calls) I just need to know why they keep saying lies that they will ship it within 3 days and they don't.

I wonder where my order is now.
I've been using it for more than 30 days and the message has been more than 10 days.
