Hello there! I have just been told that there is no refund, after an item has been rejected by NLPost on the way to Germany. The Item (worth 90$) is probably on the way back to Gearbest - so I ask myself why there is no refund? I am at least expecting being offered a 2/3 refund or a reshipment via a different carrier. I'd be covering the shipping cost. Thanks for your help!
