Received refurbished phone

GearBest send me a refurbished phone and now tries to blame customs for it,
but customs did not even open the package.

Furthermore the screen is flawed and significantly darker at the bottom.
I provided prove to customer service.

GearBest blames customs for opening it and says it is not GearBests fault.

In reality the outer packaged was untouched and it had never been opened
by customs. Also how should customs have screwed up the screen?

Now GB asks me to pay for return shipping and wait months.

I asked for a appropriate partial refund, what they offered was peanuts.

Beware when there is a problem with your oder you get screwed by GearBest.
I do not even want to imagine how they treat warrenty aspects.

Sounds awful.

Can you provide more details about product and also an order number? I will try to figure that issue and get you a proper refund or something similar ;)

Bekomme ich hier noch irgendwann eine Rückmeldung?

GearBest will mich aktuell dazu zwingen auf eigene Kosten zurückzusenden.
Und das obwohl mir GearBest ein gebrauchtes B Ware Gerät gesendet hat.

Eine vernünftige Erstattung oder gar eine Entschuldigung gibt es nicht.

Ja, leider die Masche bei denen... Die verstehen nichtmals, dass sie den Kunden damit "Betrügen"... würde es an PayPal weitergeben.
