Painfully slow response to ticket query

I've ordered a 3D printer over a week ago but item was stuck in "Processing". When I raised a ticket 24hrs later I was told that the shipping needs to be upgraded. I followed up with a query on how much it would cost, 24 hrs later, I received the same reply saying the shipment needs to be upgraded to express. So I replied once again asking how much, another 24 hr delay before I received the quote. I immediately asked for the shipment to be changed but I
have heard absolutely nothing for well over 24hrs.

Highly frustrating knowing that had I not initially followed up on my order I would have been waiting indefinitely, even worse the slow feedback and now lack of feedback. Gearbest already has been paid and I'm here begging GB to take more money to get my order going.

Not sure how to escalate.
